Governor Davis' Letter:

I am deeply saddened over the loss of Sandra Jean Isomoto, and we extend our sympathies to her family and friends during this difficult time.

Although no words can adequately fill the emptiness left by her passing, may it be of some comfort to know that her lifelong dedication to service and to her community will continue to inspire the people of California. By raising the promise, performance and potential of her students, she enriched many young lives. Her hard work and outstanding contributions have helped to build a brighter future for the next generation of Californias.
