My Immigrant Story

My name is Diana and my parents are immigrants. I was born here but my parents are from El Salvador. I was born in the year 1990. I am 8 years old. My birthday is on September 3rd. My mother is from La Paz, El Salvador. My dad is from the Union, El Salvador. My family came straight from El Salvador. I went to visit El Salvador once when I was three years old. My mom wanted me to go to school in the United States to become smart. My parents learned how to drive a car in the U.S. My dad was the first one to get his license. At first my parents didn't speak English. I'm the the daughter of immigrants.
